We used Charlie Tuttle to purchase a house after a family member had a very good experience using him for the same purpose.  Two very important attributes of Charlie stand out: responsiveness and market knowledge.  We looked at many homes we identified as possibilities from the daily MLS feed of houses for sale.  Every time we indicated interest in a house Charlie got us in to see the property same day or next day.  Charlie is also an appraiser and, as a result, is very knowledgeable about local home values. My 90 year old mother lived in an attached condo community in Denver for over 20+ years and we wanted her to move closer to us. I can't begin to explain how thankful I am to have worked with Charlie. I am writing this from my dream home. It was under my budget and perfect for me. He was my agent during the home buying process from start to finish and the buying market in the Denver suburbs right now (Spring/Summer 2016) is absurd! 

From the start Charlie demonstrated an incredible knowledge of the market. He gave me honest predictions, held back no punches, and was a constant source of thoughtful advice. His experience as an appraiser gave me a massive advantage when I was considering which homes to bid on and what prices to offer. Not only did he guide me through the process, but he explained his thoughts and took the time to help me understand the market and make my own educated decisions. He made a few predictions early on which all turned out to be spot on. At no point did I feel any pressure from Charlie to buy; in fact he talked me out of purchasing a few homes that were over my budget even though his commission would have been higher. It was clear that my happiness after the home buying process was his top priority, and short term goals some agents have (such as closing on a home quickly so they can move onto their next client, or finding the most expensive home I can afford) did not even register for him.

I can't recommend working with Charlie enough. He was on my side, making my happiness his top priority and worked his butt off to ensure I got the best house at the best price for me. I have known Charlie for over 10 years strictly in a business context.I was beginning a business as a loan officer as he was a beginning appraiser. I relied on his knowledge of Real estate, and his honesty, to give me an true value for my clients. I was working in the investment corner of the market as well as the residential refinance side. Charlie and I had a strong agreement, he would do the most accurate valuation of the home and I would never reveal the  price I needed to get the deal done. I lost a few customers but this honesty was necessary to our clients. When Charlie gave me a value, I knew that was the true value with all the market in consideration. I recently followed his advice and will continue to follow his lead with my Real Estate investments. Charlie is truly in the top 5% in knowledge of the Market, and unlike other's in the field, would rather loose the deal than steer his clients astray. I have complete confidence in his abilities as well as his ethics. I know this because I have experienced this over the years. We were in the process of wanting to sell our rental property. Charlie viewed the property and we decided to list it. We had a few showings within days! Unfortunately, we has a friend that needed a place to stay so we decided to keep the property as a rental.
